目的：探讨 HER-2蛋白表达与胃癌的生物学行为及预后的关系。方法采用 ElivisionTM plus免疫组织化学染色法检测780例胃癌组织标本中的 HER -2蛋白表达情况，综合分析检测结果与患者的随访资料以及临床病理参数的关系。结果 HER -2蛋白阳性表达主要位于细胞的包膜部分，且其表达呈现出明显的异质性。780例胃癌组织标本中HER-2（IHC）的表达率为12.38%，HER-2（IHC）的表达率为5.79%，Her-2在正常胃癌组织中无表达。Her-2阳性表达与患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤部位、浸润深度以及淋巴结转移无明显关系（P均﹥0.05），而与组织类型、分化程度、分期以及是否远处转移相关（P 均﹤0.05）。结论 HER-2蛋白表达与胃癌的生物学行为以及预后有着紧密联系，为今后的靶向治疗研究提供了方向。%Objective It is to observe the relationship influence of Her- 2 protein expression with the biological behavior and prognosis impact of gastric cancer. Methods the Her -2 protein expression of specimens of 780 gastric cancer patients were detected by Elivision TM plus immunohistochemical staining method,and the relationship of the test results with follow-up and clinical pathological parameters of the patients were analyzed. Results The positive expression of Her -2 was mainly located in the cell membrane,and had obvious heterogeneity. Her-2(IHC)expression rate was 12. 38% in 780 cases of Gastric cancer tissues,the expression rate of Her -2( IHC)was 5. 79%,Her -2 had no expression in normal gastric cancer tissue. There was no relationship between Her-2 positive expression and the patient’s gender,age,tumor location, infiltrating depth and lymph node metastasis(all P﹥0. 05),but there was significant relationship with tissue type,differentia-tion degree,whether staging and distant metastasis,multiple factors analysis showed that tissue types,degree of differentia-tion,distant metastasis staging(all P﹤0. 05). Conclusion Her-2 protein expression is closely connected with the biological behavior and prognosis of gastric cancer,and can provide research direction of targeted therapy in the future.
