Objective It is to explore the effects of the therapy with catgut implantation and Qianggan Xiaozhi Yin on skin temperature of acupuncture point of foot three Yin meridians in patients with nonalcoholic steatohepatitis( NASH ).Methods One hundred and twenty patients with NASH were randomly divided into four groups with 30 cases in each group: therapy group ( group A) was treated with catgut implantation and Qianggan Xiaozhi Yin, control group( group B ) was treated with polyene phosphatidyl choline , therapy group was only treated with Qianggan Xiaozhi Yin ( group C )and the other 30 cases were treated with catgut implantation ( group D ).All the treatment courses were 4 months.The contents of ALT, AST, TC , TG,HOMA - IR and skin temperature of acupuncture point of foot three Yin meridians of all patients in the 4 groups were measured before and at the end of treatment.Results Compared with that before treatment, the contents of ALT, AST in therapy group had been reduced significantly, and the blood fat and liver function were obviously improved.The skin temperature of acupuncture point of foot three Yin meridians were imporved too.Conclusion Catgut implantation and Qianggan Xiaozhi Yin can effectively treat NASH by improving skin temperature of acupuncture point of foot three Yin meridians and regulating the meridians, which laying the foundation for the meridian pathogenesis of NASH.%目的 探讨穴位埋线结合强肝消脂饮治疗对非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(NASH)患者足三阴经穴位皮温的影响.方法 将120例NASH患者随机分为4组:穴位埋线结合强肝消脂饮治疗组30例(A组),多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊对照组30例(B组),单用强肝消脂饮治疗组30例(C组),单用穴位埋线治疗组30例(D组),4组疗程均为3个月.治疗前后检测4组患者肝功能(ALT、AST)、血脂(TC、TG)、胰岛素抵抗指数及足三阴经穴位皮温.结果 与治疗前相比,治疗后A组ALT和AST均明显降低,肝功能和血脂均明显改善,且穴位埋线治疗后足三阴经穴位皮温有明显改善.结论 穴位埋线治疗可通过提高足三阴经穴位皮温,调节经脉经气运行以达到治疗NASH患者的作用,为NASH经络病机认识奠定了基础.
