基于球头铣刀车铣表面微观花纹研究

         

摘要

采用正交试验方法进行球头铣刀正交车铣加工硬铝工件材料的切削实验,确定车铣切削用量(铣刀转速、轴向进给量、每齿进给量、刀具齿数、加工深度和螺旋角等)对已加工表面微观花纹的影响。同时建立球头铣刀正交车铣已加工件表面微观花纹的数学模型,给出仿真步骤及算法流程,基于Fortran的主体计算程序和基于Matlab的后置处理程序对表面微观花纹进行仿真,比对表面微观花纹在切削实验与仿真的不同。%Adopting orthogonal experiment method cutting experiments of orthogonal turn -milling aluminum work piece have been done.The relation between turn-milling regimes(cutter rotate speed,axial feed,feed per tooth,the number of tool edges,depth of processing,spiral angle etc.) and machined surface micro-pattern of the pit volume has been ascertained .Simultaneously the mathematical model of orthogonal turn milling are established ,give the simulation steps and flow chart of the algorithm and devel-oped the surface micro-pattern simulation including on computational procedures base on Fortran and post -processing procedures base on matlab ,comparison of different experimental and theoretical results .
