In traditional embedded motion control system,look-ahead algorithm is hard to achieve performance because it wastes RAM and lacks real time capabilities and flexibility. Thus puts forward PC plus embedded motion control system mode. It realizes acceleration/ deceleration and feedrate plan for manufactural process through graphical programming interface. Then the results add more to the definition of communication protocol, that is, the acceleration/ deceleration definition of stating and ending points in manufactural process. Embedded motion control system carries out manufacturing instruction according to definitions above, and effectively overcomes the shortages of traditional system.%传统的嵌入式运动控制系统中前瞻控制技术的应用存在实时性差、系统资源开销大,以及整体规划灵活性差的问题.为此,提出了基于PC加嵌入式系统的运动控制模式,通过PC图形化编程界面来完成加工路径整体速度规划和路径的加减速控制工作,并将前瞻控制的结果通过通信协议的扩充对每条加工路径起始和终止位置的加减速进行定义,嵌入式运动控制系统仅需按定义的内容来顺序执行每条加工指令,有效地克服了系统中存在的问题.
