本文在环境风险评价理论的基础上。分析了突变理论及其在油田管输工程项目中的应用。通过分析油田管输建设前后生态系统的非同构性后，探讨了用突变理论解决油田管输工程中环境风险评价的可能性。%The main contents of this thesis are based on the environmental risk evaluation theory, and on the basis of analysis the mutation in oil field theory and the application of engineering project pipe-conveying. Through the analysis of oil field construction of ecological system pipe-conveying before and after the isomorphism after sex, and probes into the theory with mutations solving pipe- conveying engineering of the possibility of environmental risk assessment.
