中日高密度功能区与城市交通协调发展比较研究--以北京东京为例

         

摘要

In recent years, the rapid development of high-density functional areas of major cities (CBD, Financial Street, etc.) in Beijing brings the booming social and economic activities to further prosperity, making the total amount of traffic growth in the city several times faster than the rate of population agglomeration. Motorization brings huge beneifts to people, but also causes a series of trafifc problems. This paper studies the functional areas of high-density urban morphology and functional layout, especially the impact of transportation systems and requirements of it. Its industrial structure and economic situation, the land usage and FAR, employment density, transport facilities and social policy and cultural factor will be comparative studied. And ifnally, the similarities and differences between Beijing and Tokyo in the above aspect will be analyzed in the future development of urban construction and relevant directions.%近年来,以北京为代表的国内各大城市高密度功能区(C B D、金融街等)发展蓬勃,社会经济活动进一步繁荣,使得城市交通总量以数倍于人口增长的速度集聚式增长。机动化在给人们带来巨大效益的同时,也带来了一系列交通问题。本文主要研究高密度功能区对城市形态和功能布局,尤其是交通系统的影响和要求。针对其产业结构与经济现状、容积率、就业密度、交通配套和社会政策文化支持等多个维度进行横向比较研究,最后总结出北京和东京在以上几个方面的异同,并对国内城市建设未来发展相关方向进行展望。
