随着我国城镇化的发展，城市规模不断扩张，城镇转型逐渐加快，城市土地利用结构与城市产业结构、经济结构之间存在着一定的匹配与相互制约关系，有必要研究城市产业转型与土地结构调整之间的相互促进关系。本文利用全国84个重点城市的土地利用和相关社会经济数据，分别针对不同规模、不同区域城市分析土地利用结构及其产出效益的基本特征，发现城市土地利用问题，进而提出优化城市土地利用结构的对策建议。%With the development of urbanization in our country, the scale of cities has been expanding. And the urban transformation is accelerating. In the process, there exist certain relationship and restriction between urban land use structure and the industrial, economic structure of city. So it is necessary to research the interactive relationship between the city industry transformation and the adjustment of land use structure. Based on the national 84 key cities of land use structure and the related social economic data, the research analyzed the basic characteristics and problem of land use structure and output beneift according to different size and different regional cities. And then based on the result, the paper proposed some valuable advice to optimize the land use structure.
