液晶玻璃光学检测仪器气浮板研究设计

         

摘要

为了比较通孔阵列不同排布方式对气膜压力、速度分布的影响,运用气体润滑理论以及空气静压轴承设计的相关理论,对毛细管节流模型进行理论分析,得到液晶玻璃气浮流场压力的计算公式.基于毛细管节流的平面静压气体支承的对称性,利用Gambit建立均匀和非均匀毛细管阵列气浮轴承的三维模型和划分网格,利用Fluent进行数值仿真,得到气膜的压力分布.在气浮系统其他几何参数不变的情况下,分析比较均匀和非均匀毛细管阵列以及供气压力对气浮支承静态特性的影响,结果得出均匀毛细管阵列静态特性更优,从而根据研究结果设计出均匀毛细管阵列的液晶玻璃光学检测仪器的气浮支承平台.%In order to compare the influence of different hole array configuration mode to the gas film pres-sure and the velocity distribution,to study the static performance of flat static pressure gas bearing, using the gas lubrication theory and related theory of aerostatic bearing design, theoretical analysis of capillary throttle model and the pressure calculation formula were obtained. Based on the symmetry of capillary throttle plane static pressure gas bearing, using Gambit to establish uniform and non-uniform 3D model of capillary array gas bearing and division of grid, and using Fluent software to do numerical simulation, gas bearing film pressure distribution was obtained. Under the condition of other geometrical parameters were invariable, an-alyzing and comparing the uniform and non-uniform capillary array, and the influence of gas pressure on the static characteristic of gas bearing. The results was uniform capillary array had better static characteristic. Thus, we design a uniform plane static pressure gas bearing of capillary array according to the results of the study.
