基于三维模型的装配工艺优化与计算机集成系统研究

         

摘要

针对齿轮泵装配工艺规划中三维建模与装配工艺信息素脱节,且二维计算机辅助装配工艺过程设计不能动态反映零部件装配工艺过程与干涉性等问题,提出了一种基于3DCAPP-A的装配工艺优化方法.通过对齿轮泵三维建模分析和装配信息素提取,完成3DCAPP-A与UG集成系统创建;其次在3DCAPP-A环境中对齿轮泵装配信息素进行完善添加,建立三维装配工艺知识库,为装配工艺专家系统设计提供知识来源;最后利用UG二次开发工具,对装配工艺专家系统进行开发技术研究.结合实例表明,运用专家系统和UG集成开发技术,可以实现装配工艺信息素的流动,并能动态反映零部件装配工艺过程与干涉性等问题;减少二维视角带给技术人员的模糊装配设计,从而降低生产成本,提高效率.%This Thesis has put forward an assembly process optimization method which is based on 3DCAPP-A for problems that the 3D modeling in gear pump assembly process planning is divorced from assembly process information elements and the 2DCAPP fails to dynamically reflect the assembly process of components and parts and its interference.By analyzing the 3D modeling of gear pump and collecting assembly information elements, the thesis has firstly completed the establishment of 3DCAPP-A and UG integrated system;secondly, it has improved and added assembly information elements for gear pump in 3DCAPP-A environment and built a knowledge base of 3D assembly process which can provide knowledge source for assembly process expert system planning;and lastly, it has carried out technological development research on assembly process expert system by making use of UG secondary development tools.Combined with examples, it shows that by applying expert system and UG integrated development technology, the mobility of assembly process information elements can be realized and the assembly process of components and parts and its interference can also be reflected dynamically;meanwhile, it can reduce fuzzy assembly design that two-dimension view brings to technicians so as to lower production costs and improve production efficiency.
