基于MBD的三维工艺设计系统开发与实现

         

摘要

MBD technology solves the problem of integration of geometric and non geometric information, and make the three-dimensional design MBD model the only basis for design and manufacturing. It is an ur-gent need to solve the three-dimensional design technology, and the development of three-dimensional process design system, so that the MBD technology runs through the whole process of product design and manufacturing technology. The principle and the process of the whole 3D design technology were discussed. The idea that the design MBD model becomes the basis of 3D process design and the MBD model becomes the carrier for organization and expression of all process information were pointed out. At the same time, the function model and the core information model of the whole 3D process design system were proposed. On this basis, the development and implementation of the system, which provides the conditions for the devel-opment of the same type system, provides the conditions for the comprehensive promotion and application of three-dimensional digital design and manufacturing technology.%MBD技术解决了几何与非几何信息的集成表达问题,使三维设计MBD模型成为设计制造中的唯一依据,迫切需要解决与之相适应的三维工艺设计技术及设计系统,使MBD技术贯穿于产品设计制造的整个过程,真正实现三维设计制造技术.通过论述全三维工艺设计思想及其协同设计流程的基础上,提出了以设计MBD模型为依据的全三维工艺集成设计原理与方案,明确了工艺MBD模型成为所有工艺信息组织、表达的载体,以及工艺MBD模型与工序MBD模型的主从关系.同时,指出了工艺MBD模型驱动生成工序MBD模型技术是三维工艺设计系统成功的关键.在此基础上,提出了全三维工艺设计系统的功能模型及其核心信息模型,并开发实现了该系统,为全三维工艺设计系统提供了思路.
