To study the integrated application of reverse modeling and simulation optimization. Firstly, the point cloud data was obtained by scanning which was then imported into Geomagic Design Direct reverse software, and the model was reconstructed by using forward and reverse parametric modeling methods. Then the model was imported into the Workbench by meshing, loads and constraints application, the finite ele-ment model was constructed for further calculation. The stress and deformation cloud of reverse remodeling were obtained,which provided the physical object with optimization guidance. Examples show that the inte-grated applications of parameterized reverse modeling with simulation optimization could accelerate the de-velopment efficiency of products, which provides a new way for product improvement and re-design.%对逆向工程中的参数化建模技术和仿真优化的集成应用进行研究. 首先将扫描获得的点云数据导入到Geomagic Design Direct逆向软件中,采用正逆向参数化建模的方法完成模型的重建,然后将模型导入到Workbench中划分网格、施加载荷和约束,建立有限元模型并进行计算. 得出了零件在逆向重构后的应力和形变云图,为实物对象的优化提供了指导. 实例表明参数化的逆向建模和仿真优化的集成应用加快了产品的开发效率,为产品的改进和再设计提供了新的途径.
