基于EON数控车床主轴箱虚拟装配技术的研究

         

摘要

虚拟装配是虚拟现实技术的关键技术之一,虚拟现实技术在机械领域的应用极大地促进了机械行业的快速发展. 文章以虚拟现实软件EON Studio为研究平台,以MJ-50数控车床主轴箱为研究对象,详细论述了虚拟装配技术的内涵,深入分析了实际生产过程中机械产品研发在装配环节存在的问题. 并且以主轴箱的虚拟装配为实例,通过运用EON Studio提供的功能节点和元件,方便地实现了人机交互、装配序列规划、碰撞检测等虚拟装配的关键技术,省去了繁琐的编程工作,很好地解决了上述存在的问题,结果表明虚拟装配技术在企业产品研发方面有广阔的发展前景.%Virtual assembly is one of the key technology of virtual reality technology, the application of vir-tual reality technology in the field of mechanical greatly promoted the rapid development of machinery indus-try. Based on powerful virtual reality software EON Studio as the research platform, MJ - 50 CNC lathe spindle box as the research object, and discusses in detail the connotation of virtual assembly technology, in-depth analysis of the mechanical product research and development in the process of actual production in as-sembly link existing problems. And virtual assembly of the spindle box as an example, through the use of EON Studio provides the function of the nodes and elements, easily realized the man-machine interaction, assembly sequence planning, collision detection, such as the key technology of virtual assembly, eliminating the tedious programming work, to solve the above problems, the results show that virtual assembly technolo-gy has broad prospects in enterprise product development.
