For the question which the planetary gear of wind-driven generator transmission system is fre-quently damaged by internal and external incentives load impact in the course of its work . The modal analy-sis of internal gear and the planetary gear assembly is carried on by using ANSYS software, and study N or-der natural frequency and the main vibration mode. This approach is closer to the actual working conditions than the study of natural frequency and the vibration of a single planetary gear on modal analysis, at the same time by the natural frequency of the line graph to infer the most likely to order of resonate, which can provide a theoretical foundation for the planetary gear to avoid resonance,and also can lay the theoretical ba-sis for design、optimize and troubleshooting of the planetary gear about wind-driven generator.%针对风力发电机在工作过程中受内、外激励载荷影响,使传动系统中的行星齿轮被频繁破坏问题. 运用ANSYS软件对行星齿轮和配合的内齿轮整体进行模态分析,研究其N阶固有频率和主振型. 这种方法比较研究风力发电机的单个行星齿轮的模态分析的固有频率及振型更接近实际工况.同时通过固有频率折线图推断出最容易发生共振的阶次,为避免行星齿轮在工作过程中产生共振现象提供理论基础,同时也为风力发电机中行星齿轮设计、优化及故障诊断提供理论依据.
