数控铣齿机主轴箱箱体振动模态及试验分析

         

摘要

In this paper,the NC high speed Gear milling machine is researched as the model. Based on three dimensional modeling software Pro/E,the Spindle box case is founded. Using finite element analysis software ABAQUS to simulation and analysis the Spindle box, the conclusion of the free mode natural frequency and the relevant mode shape are achieved. By Using the LMS Impact Testing Modal,the Tests showed that the modal test results and the calculation results are basically the same. Thought modal analysis, it can provide a reliable basis of dynamic response analysis.%文章以数控高速铣齿机为研究对象,针对主轴箱动态特性进行研究.采用Pro/E软件建立主轴箱箱体三维实体模型,运用有限元分析软件ABAQUS对主轴箱进行仿真分析,获得主轴箱自由模态的固有频率和相应振型.利用LMS模态实验系统中的Impact Testing模块测试得出模态试验结果与计算结果基本一致,说明了主轴箱振动模态分析方法的可行性,为其动态响应分析提供可靠的依据.
