数控插齿机驱动箱系统综合变形下齿轮承载能力分析

         

摘要

以某企业YK51160C数控插齿机驱动箱系统为对象,建立了包含扭转、弯曲和横向耦合振动的驱动箱系统力学模型,分析了驱动箱系统综合变形引起的齿轮啮合错位对齿轮齿面载荷分布情况的影响,采用Romax软件基于ISO6336-1 ~3:1996标准,在考虑系统变形引起齿轮啮合错位的情况下,对驱动箱系统中的圆柱齿轮进行齿轮承载能力分析.结果表明驱动箱系统中的圆柱齿轮的强度均满足要求,为YK51160C数控插齿机驱动箱系统的进一步分析、优化提供了参考.%Taking the drive gear box of YK51160C NC gear shaper as a research object, the mechanical model of drive gear box system including torsion, bending and transverse coupling vibration is established. The effect of gear mesh misalignment caused by synthesis deformation of the drive gear box system to the load distribution of gear surface is analyzed. The load capacity of cylindrical gears is also analyzed by considering synthesis deformation of the whole system according to the standard of ISO6336-1 -3:1996 in Romax. The results show that the strength of cylindrical gears in the drive gear box can meet the requirement, which provides a reference for further analysis and optimization of the drive gear box of YK51160C NC gear shaper.
