数控机床数据采集嵌入式适配器设计与开发

         

摘要

The traditional data acquisition system for CNC machine tools is based on wired communication and only some types of data have been acquired, which is lack of mobility in communication and a-daptability in data acquisition, so chosen wireless communication as communication channel between embedded adapters and the host computer, designed and developed embedded adapter for networking and data acquisition of CNC machine tools. Then designed hardware system of embedded adapter, selected and customized embedded operation system, developed data acquisition and processing software according to the requirements of communication and data acquisition. The test result shows that embedded a-dapters supports wireless communication with the host computer, realized data acquisition of CNC machine tools and heterogeneous data processing and improved the flexibility of system.%传统数控机床数据采集系统采用有线进行数据传输且采集的数据类型少,通信的移动性和数据采集的适应性不足,因此选择无线通信作为嵌入式适配器与上位机的通信方式,设计与开发嵌入式适配器实现数控机床联网与数据采集.依据通信和数据采集方面的需求,设计嵌入式适配器硬件系统,选择与定制嵌入式适配器操作系统,开发嵌入式适配器数据采集与处理软件.结果表明,嵌入式适配器实现了与上位机的无线通信,实现了数控机床数据采集与异构数据处理,提高了系统灵活性.
