Mo对Al2O3-TiN-TiC陶瓷材料微观组织及性能的影响

         

摘要

采用热压烧结法制备了Al2O3 -TiN -TiC复合陶瓷材料,研究了不同Mo含量对于烧结后复合陶瓷材料微观组织和力学性能的影响.结果表明:适量的Mo能促进TiN的溶解,改善Al2O3 -TiN-TiC陶瓷材料的微观组织,提高力学性能.随着Mo含量的增多,硬质相的棱角逐渐变钝,沿晶断裂方式增多,穿晶断裂减少.在复合材料中Mo添加量为3vol%时,综合力学性能最佳,抗弯强度、断裂韧度和维氏硬度分别为877M Pa、6.32MPa·m1/2和19.87GPa.在复合材料中Mo添加量为1vol%时,在材料中发现大量解理断裂,对断裂韧度的提高有明显作用.%Al2O3-TiN-TiC ceramic materials with different Mo content were fabricated by hot-pressing technique. The effects of the content of Mo on the microstructures and the mechanical properties of sintered composites were investigated. The results show that the proper addition of Mo can improve the topography of the microstructure and enhance the mechanical properties. With the increase of Mo addition, the shape of hard phase gets blunt, the intergranular fracture becomes the major fracture way. The best mechanical properties achieve 877MPa、6. 32MPa、·m1/2and 19. 87GPa when the additon of Mo is 3vol%. Cleavage fracture which could enhance the fracture toughness is found when the additon of Mo is 3vol%.
