选择自粉化效果最好的CaO (45%)-MgO(10%)-SiO2(18%)-Fe2O3 (27%)渣系,分别以B2 O3、P2O5、V2O5作为稳定剂,研究不同稳定剂以及不同加入量对钢渣自粉化的影响.结果表明,B2O3、P2O5、V2O5这三种稳定剂能抑制C2S相的晶型转变,抑制钢渣的粉化,但对C2S相的形成和析出并无太大的影响,B2O3、P2O5、V2O5对抑制钢渣自粉化的效果为B2O3 >P2O5 >V2O5.%The best CaO (45 %)-MgO (10%)-SiO2 (18 %)-Fe2O3 (27 %) slag system was selected with B2O3,V2O5,P2O5 as the stabilizers respectively.The effects of different stabilizers and different adding amounts on the selfpowdering of steel slag were studied.The research results show that the reason for B2 O3,P2 O5 and V2 O5 to inhibit the self powdering of steel slag is that they restrain C2 S phase transformation,but don't influence C2 S precipitation.The sequence of inhibition effect is:B2O3 >P2O5 >V2O5.
