电化学作用对伊利石颗粒凝聚沉降性能的影响

         

摘要

Illite was one of the main clay minerals in coal.the coal slime water was difficult to settlement,which of viscosity was bigger because of sliming of illite,and not only the coal slime water was difficult to be purified and to be recovered,but also the normal operations of the washing preparation were seriously affected.Aiming at the difficult sedimentation problem of the illite in the water,therefore,this paper,proposed by electrochemical methods to modified the illite,researched the effect of electrochemical action on coagulation and sedimentation behavior of illite,explored a kind of solution to the difficulty settling slurry.The specific experimental process was described as below.this author,firstly modified the illite by using electrochemical methods with calcium chloride as the electrolyte,and tested theζpotential and contact angle of illite under different electric potential with the JS94H electrophoresis apparatus and the JC2000B contact Angle meter,then calculated the electrostatic interaction potential energy,hydration interaction potential energy and total interaction potential energy under different electric potential,finally verified the coagulation and sedimentation performances of illite through the settlement test It were shown by results that by the method of electrochemical modified,the electrostatic interaction potential energy,hydration interaction potential energy and total interaction potential energy between illites,can be effectively reduced,then the sedimentation performance of illite can be better improved.,When electric potential being 2 v/cm,the turbidity of supernatant was 294 NTU that being 34.46% of the no modified illite,the whole settlement model formed by"the side(Edge)surface(Face) "mutual adsorption space truss structure of illite particles,caused to the slower subsidence and the larger turbidity supernatant in the process of coagulation and sedimentation.%伊利石矿物是煤中主要黏土矿物之一,其遇水易泥化,泥化后形成的微细颗粒黏度大,难于沉降,给煤泥水净化回收带来困难,同时也严重影响洗选作业各环节的正常运行.因此,本文针对伊利石颗粒在水中难沉降的问题,拟采用电化学方法对其进行改性处理,研究电化学作用对伊利石类黏土矿物凝聚沉降行为的影响,探索一种解决易泥化、难沉降煤泥水的处理方法.具体研究过程为:笔者首先用氯化钙电化学体系对其进行了改性处理,并用JS94H型微电泳仪和JC2000B静滴接触角测定仪测试了不同电位梯度电化学条件下改性后伊利石的ζ电位和表面接触角,然后利用EDLVO理论计算了不同电化学条件下伊利石颗粒间的静电作用能、极性作用能和总作用能,最后用沉降试验验证了不同电化学条件下伊利石颗粒的沉降性能.研究结果表明:利用电化学改性伊利石的方法,可以有效降低伊利石颗粒间静电作用能、亲水排斥能和总作用能,进而可以较好地提高伊利石颗粒间的凝聚沉降性能,当电位梯度为2v/cm时,上清液浊度最低为294NTU,是未改性处理的34.46%;在凝聚沉降过程中,伊利石颗粒形成了“边(Edge)-面(Face)”相互吸附的网架构造,导致沉降模式为整体沉降,造成沉降速度较慢,上清液浊度总体偏大.
