一种新型阳离子捕收剂DCZ浮选性能研究

         

摘要

针对传统阴离子捕收剂需对矿浆加温才能使用的弊端,研制了一种醚胺类阳离子捕收剂DCZ.以石英、赤铁矿、磁铁矿为试样对捕收剂DCZ的浮选性能进行了试验研究,并借助动电位检测及红外光谱检测等检测手段对捕收剂DCZ与三种单矿物的作用机理进行了探讨.浮选研究结果表明:以DCZ为捕收剂,在浮选温度5℃到35℃、pH值为2~12范围内,DCZ对温度与pH值的适应力极强,最佳条件下石英、赤铁矿及磁铁矿回收率分别为99.5%,99.0%,84.0%,且在淀粉作抑制剂,DCZ用量13 mg/L,抑制剂用量16 mg/L,温度为l8℃,pH值为8.0的条件下,捕收剂DCZ对石英与赤铁矿及磁铁矿之间的分选效果最好,能够实现各试验矿样间的有效分选;结合Zeta电位检测及红外光谱检测结果表明,捕收剂DCZ与石英及赤铁矿发生了氢键吸附,与磁铁矿发生了静电吸附.%In view of the characteristics that traditional anionic collector should be used under condition of high temperature,a Ether-Amine type cationic collector was synthesized in laboratory for the flotation of quartz,magnetite and hematite mineral.The adsorption mechanism of DCZ collector on mineral surface was established by Zeta potential measurements,Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR) spectroscopy,in conjunction with the results of mineral microflotation tests.The experiment indicates that DCZ has an excellent collective effect at the temperature of 5℃ to 35℃ and pH range from 2 to 12 for quartz,magnetite and hematite mineral.And it proved that DCZ has great ability to accommodate different temperature and pH value.The recovery of quartz,hematite and magnetite was 99.5%,99.0%,84.0%,respectively in optimal condition,illustrating the collector with better collecting performance for the recoveries of these three minerals in a lower temperature.At the condition of DCZ dosage 13 mg/L,depressant dosage 16 mg/L,temperature 18 ℃ and pH value 8.0,the best separation of quartz and hematite or magnetite was achieved.Furthermore,the results of zeta potential measurement and FT-IR spectroscopy illustrate that hydrogen adsorption may occur between DCZ and quartz DCZ and hematite,and electrostatic adsorption between DCZ and magnetite.
