四川某铜镍矿含铜0.35%、含镍0.78%,脉石以滑石、蛇纹石类易浮、易泥化的富镁硅酸盐矿物为主,生产现场由于不能对脉石进行有效抑制,只能采用预先脱泥工艺,不仅造成铜镍损失严重,且流程复杂.采用新型有机抑制剂WY-03后,获得了镍精矿镍品位6.36%、镍回收率82.02%,铜精矿铜品位23.97%、铜回收率72.96%的优异指标.%A copper nickel ore in Sichuan contains 0.35 % copper and 0.78 % nickel.The main gangues are talc,serpentine these magnesium rich silicate minerals,which are easy flotation and sludge.In the field of production,because the gangue cannot be effectively inhibited,only the pre-desliming process was adopted,that not only caused serious loss of copper and nickel but also was complex process.Mter the new organic inhibitor WY-03 was used,the result was ideal and the nickel concentrate and the copper concentrate were obtained,the nickel concentrate whose grade is 6.36% and recovery rate is 82.02%,the copper concentrate whose grade is 23.97% and recovery rate is 72.96%.
