沁水盆地煤层气田与苏里格气田的集输工艺对比

         

摘要

China is abundant in coalbed methane (CBM), which is an important supplementary energy to the conventional natural gas resources. The Qinshui Basin is one of the regions where the CBM fields have the best development conditions. At present, the first stage-construction of the ground gathering project has been basically completed. To learn more about the characteristics of the surface gathering process of the Qinshui CBM field, this paper focuses on the basic parameters of this CBM gas field including its development scheme, the well field, the acquisition system, the gas collecting station and gas treat-ment process. It also makes a comparison with the successful gas gathering project at the Sulige gas field. The paper puts for-ward following suggestions: Further researches should be promoted into the gathering process, the way of power supply to the gas fields and produced water treatment process at CBM fields, and the pipeline materials should be reasonably selected and the standardization should be accelerated on CBM field development. This paper has favorable guiding significance in developing and constructing more CBM fields in China.%我国煤层气蕴藏量丰富,沁水盆地煤层气田是我国煤层气田开发建设条件最好的地区之一,目前地面集输工程一期已基本建成.为了更深入地了解该盆地煤层气田地面集输工艺特点,通过与已取得成功经验的苏里格气田天然气集输工程的对比,分析了该盆地煤层气田开发方案所提供的气井基本参数、地面建设采用的井场、采集系统、集气站场及处理厂工艺.进而提出了如下建议:我国煤层气田开发建设还应加强集输工艺、气田动力供应方式、采出水处理工艺的研究工作,合理选择采集气管线材质,加快煤层气田开发的标准化工作.
