浅谈地勘企业如何提高建设项目投标的中标率

         

摘要

地勘市场建设项目投标过程中存在的问题有:投标策略不科学,没有运用好报价技巧,不认真研究招标项目的情况。投标过程中影响中标率的主观因素有是否积极参与投标、投标企业的资质情况、投标标书的编制质量、企业类似业绩情况、工程报价情况、企业的财务状况;客观因素有了解竞争对手的情况、发包方的取舍倾向,从人、机、料、法、环等方面考量拟施工地点的综合情况。提高地质工程竞标中标率的措施:(1)地勘单位要融入并适应竞争日趋激烈的市场环境。(2)苦练内功、降本提效、提高管理水平。(3)努力提高投标的竞争技巧,积极参与投标活动与筛选投标项目相结合;具体分析拟投标项目,区别对待不同的项目类型;科学运用报价技巧,编制好标书。%There are some problems in the bidding process of the construction projects in geological prospecting market, such as the unscientiifc bidding strategy, the failure to use bidding techniques and unserious study of the bidding project. The subjective factors affecting the bidding rate include the activity of participation in the bidding, the qualiifcation of the bid enterprise, the quality of the tender proposal, the similar performance of the enterprise, the quotation of the project and the ifnancial status of the enterprise. The objective factors include learning the competitor's situation, employer's choice tendency, and the comprehensive situation of the proposed construction site measured from people, machine, material, method, environment and other aspects. Measures to improve the bidding rate of geological project are as follows:(1) Geological prospecting units should integrate into the increasingly competitive market environment. (2) Master hard skills, reduce costs and improve efifciency and management. (3) Make efforts to improve the competitive bidding skills, actively participate in bidding activities and select bidding projects;analyze the proposed projects in detail and treat different types of projects in different ways;use speciifcally the pricing techniques and prepare the tender proposal well.
