The effect of acrylic redispersible polymer powder on waterproofing mortar was evaluated from mechanical properties. flexibility,impermeability,and water absorption ratio. The performance of EVA redispersible polymer powder in waterproofing mortar was also compared. The results showed the water absorption ratio in 48 h was below 6％ when the content of acrylic redispersible polymer powder exceeded 2％ and the performance of impermeability was improved and the water absorption ratio was decreased with the higher content of acrylic redispersible polymer powder. The compressive/flexural strength was below 3.0 when the content of acrylic redispersible polymer powdet exceeded 3％. The mortar with acrylic redispersible polymer powder showed better flexibility and lower water absorption than the mortar with EVA redispersible polymer powder.%从力学性能、柔韧性、抗渗性和吸水率等方面研究了丙烯酸可再分散乳胶粉在刚性防水砂浆中的应用,同时对EVA可再分散乳胶粉与丙烯酸可再分散乳胶粉在防水砂浆中的性能进行了对比.结果表明,当内烯酸乳胶粉掺量大于2%时,48 h吸水率小于6%;随着乳胶粉掺量的增加,砂浆的本体抗渗能力提高,吸水率下降;当丙烯酸乳胶粉掺量大于3%时,刚性防水砂浆的压折比小于3.丙烯酸可再分散乳胶粉较EVA可再分散乳胶粉具有更高柔韧性和更低的吸水率.
