目的对10例重叠综合征患者的临床和实验室资料综合分析，以了解重叠综合征患者的睡眠结构、肺功能、血气分析等改变特征，提高对该病的认识。方法 10例均经详细病史、查体、血气分析、血生化、血常规、肺功能、ECG、UCG、多导睡眠图及胸片等检查。结果 10例患者均有明显夜间低氧血症和严重的睡眠结构紊乱。其中5例经无创机械通气治疗夜间低氧和呼吸紊乱改善明显。结论 COPD和 SAS并存时，肺动脉高压、心功能不全的危险性增加，且COPD与SAS相互促进病程进展，因此早期诊断治疗是十分必要的。%Objectives To evaluate the change of sleep structure，pulmonary function and blood gas analysis of overlap syndrome for 10 cases，to study of clinical and experimental characteristics.Methods 10 patients received detail collection of case history、physical examination，blood gas analysis，pulmonary function and over night polysomonography monitoring et al.Results Sleep apnea hypopnea index as well as nocturnal hypoxemia were more obvious in overlap syndrome for 10 cases。5 patients were treated by nCPAP or BiPAP,their symptoms were reduced.Conclusions COPD with SAS were indicated higher risk of repirator hypertension and heart function failure.They could be develped for each other.It is necessary to deagnosis and therapy early.
