空调压缩机噪声控制研究

         

摘要

针对某空调压缩机的噪声问题,开展系统的噪声控制研究.根据空调压缩机噪声产生机理,对压缩机进行噪声测试分析,针对其噪声特性开展噪声控制方案设计;对三种不同降噪方案进行SEA声学仿真分析,选择降噪方案二为最优降噪方案并实施,测试结果表明空调机组各测点的实际降噪量达3 dB(A)~6 dB(A),其中,靠近压缩机的测点2降噪量为5.3 dB(A),表明降噪方案有效.%Noise control of a domestic air conditioner compressor is studied. Based on the noise generation mechanism, the noise of the compressor is measured and analyzed, and the noise control schemes are deigned. The SEA acoustic simulations of three different noise reduction schemes are carried out and the optimal scheme is selected and realized. Results of the test show that the noise reduction at each measurement point can reach 3 dB(A)-6 dB(A), and the sound reduction of point 2 near the compressor is 5.3 dB(A). These results are consistent to the simulation results. Thus, the effectiveness of the scheme is verified.
