水润滑橡胶轴承摩擦特性和水膜刚度试验研究

         

摘要

针对水润滑橡胶轴承摩擦特性与轴承尺寸之间的关系开展试验研究,采用轴承试验台分别测试两种规格尺寸的水润滑橡胶轴承摩擦特性,对摩擦特性进行数学建模并进行比较.同时测试水润滑橡胶轴承水膜刚度,探讨转速对水膜刚度的影响.试验结果表明,基于缩比轴承的试验数据可以推广到原始尺寸轴承,摩擦系数随轴承尺寸的增大而增大;转速对水膜刚度几乎没有影响,动压润滑状态下的水膜刚度远高于主轴和橡胶轴承的串联刚度.%Experimental studies are carried out to reveal the relationship between friction characteristics of water lubricated rubber bearings and bearing dimensions. First of all, the friction characteristics of two types of water lubricated bearings are tested by bearing friction test benches. Then, their friction characteristics are modeled and compared, and the water film stiffness of the water lubricated rubber bearings is measured. The effect of rotational speed on water film stiffness is discussed. Results show that experimental data of small size bearings can be extended to originally large size bearings, friction coefficient increases with the increasing of bearing size. Rotational speed has little effect on water film stiffness of the bearing. The dynamic stiffness of the water film is much higher than the series stiffness of the principal shaft and the rubber bearings.
