汽车座椅水平驱动器声品质客观参量分析

         

摘要

针对汽车座椅水平驱动器(Horizontal Driving Machine,简称HDM)在运行情况下出现的异常噪声(简称异响),提出一种基于主观感觉的声品质客观参量分析方法。通过计算并对比分析主观判断有异响HDM和正常HDM声音的声品质客观参量,量化有异响HDM和正常HDM噪声特性以及主观感受的差别;另外,通过时频分析和声品质客观参量随时间变化曲线的对比,有效识别出有异响HDM以及异响频率;通过互动式滤波处理和声学回放,进一步确定异响声源位置。研究结果表明,该分析方法能识别有异响HDM。各声品质客观参量中,尖锐度和有调度对鉴别HDM声品质贡献较大。%An approach for the characteristic analysis of the noise of auto horizontal driving machine (HDM) based on the objective parameters of sound quality was presented. Two sets of the sound quality objective parameters from the abnormal and normal HDMs, which were subjectively classified and judged by juries, were acquired, calculated, compared and analyzed. Thus, the subjective differences and characteristics of the noise of HDMs were objectively quantified. In addition, the frequencies of the noise from the abnormal HDMs were identified based on the time-frequency analysis and the comparison with the curves of objective parameters vs. time. Finally, the frequency components of the noise from the abnormal HDMs can then be further identified by the interactive filtering and acoustic playback. The results show that the two objective parameters of sound quality, sharpness and tonality, are the most effective objective parameters for the identification of the noise of the abnormal HDM.
