船体局部甲板固有频率计算方法比较

         

摘要

船体局部振动直接受船体甲板的固有频率影响.对于主机转速较高的船,提高设计阶段甲板固有频率的计算精度可有效降低局部船体共振风险.对比采用经验公式法和有限元法计算船体甲板固有频率的不同,分析各种经验计算方法的适用范围,提出准确计算甲板固有频率的有限元法边界条件设置方法,并采用实船测试结果对本文的计算方法进行验证.有关结论对于在设计阶段如何进行船体甲板固有频率计算有较大的参考价值.%Local vibration of ship body is directly infected by the intrinsic frequencies of the ship deck. In ship design, the characteristics of local structural vibration can be analyzed by the codes of DNV and CCS and the finite element method, and certain frequency reservation can be applied to avoid the harmful vibration. High calculation precision of the intrinsic frequency of the deck is necessary to avoid the resonance of the local ship body. In this paper, the intrinsic frequency of the ship desk was estimated using the empirical formula, the codes and FEM. The boundary condition for accurate FEM analysis was proposed. The calculation results were verified by the in-situ field testing. The calculation methods can be used as references for ship design.
