叶梢小翼宽度对泵壳脉动压力影响的数值分析

         

摘要

Adding the tip vanes to the rotor can improve the bubble performance of the propeller axial pump. And the width and thickness of the tip vane will influence the hydraulic performance of the pump. But it is found in the test that the impulse pressure of the pump’s shroud is changed when the tip vanes are added. In this paper, the influence of the tip vane widths with constant tip-vane spacing on the hydraulic dynamic performance and impulse pressure of the pump’s shroud is analyzed numerically based on 3D finite element software. The results show that the impulse pressure of the pump’s shroud decreases initially and increases lately with the increasing of the tip-vane widths.%叶片梢部加小翼可以改进喷水推进泵空泡性能,但由于叶梢小翼具有一定的宽度和厚度,会影响泵的水动力性能。在试验中发现叶梢增加小翼后,泵壳上的脉动压力发生变化。为分析叶梢不同宽度的小翼对泵壳脉动压力的影响,利用三维建模软件,针对某一轴流泵,保持叶梢间隙不变,在叶片梢部加装不同宽度的小翼,通过数值计算方法分析了梢部小翼对喷水推进泵水动力性能的影响。再通过非定常流场计算,分析叶梢小翼宽度对泵壳脉动压力的影响。结果表明:在该叶梢小翼宽度变化范围内,随着小翼宽度的增加,泵壳脉动压力先减小后增加。
