六自由度微动隔振平台的物理参数辨识

         

摘要

A method for physical parameter identification of the 6-DOF isolation platform based on single point DOF excitation is proposed. In this method, the coupling relation among the 6 DOFs, which comes from the simplification of the air-spring supports due to their mechanical character, is considered. The parameter of the vertical location of gravity center of the platform is used for measuring the transfer function of the isolation system. This method includes the group-measurement of the frequency response function, the identification of the vertical location parameter of the platform's gravity center by iteration, and the respective identification of the physical parameters of sub-systems. With this method, the problem of physical parameter identification of the platform with unknown vertical location of gravity center is solved. The basis for selection of the excitation DOF of each subsystem is analyzed. Finally, the physical parameters of the isolation platform are verified by experiment.%针对六自由度隔振平台的物理参数辨识问题,根据支撑空气弹簧力学特性简化后六自由度间的耦合关系,并考虑到测试隔振系统的传递函数时需要用到待辨识的平台垂向重心位置参数,提出一种基于单点激励法的频响函数分组测试、垂向重心位置迭代辨识和各子系统物理参数分别辨识的方法,有效地解决垂向重心位置未知的平台物理参数辨识问题.在此基础上分析各子系统激励自由度的选择依据,并通过实验辨识隔振平台系统的物理参数.
