以某单一石英型萤石矿为研究对象,该萤石矿中CaF2含量为34.16%、SiO2含量为43.72%、CaCO3含量为13.30%.通过选矿试验最终确定了1粗1扫6精的闭路试验流程.通过在精选前进行粗精矿再磨,磨矿介质采用纳米陶瓷球,得到了CaF2含量为97.43%、回收率83.74%的萤石精矿,本试验对纳米陶瓷球在萤石粗精矿再磨中的应用具有借鉴意义.%With a single quartz of fluorite as the research object, which contains 34.16% of CaF2, 43.72% of SiO2 and 13.30% of CaCO3, this experiment defines the closed circuit flotation process that is primary roughing, primary scavenging and six concentration. The closed circuit process can obtain high quality concentrate of which grade of CaF2 is 97.43%, the recovery rate is 83.74% . By adding the nano ceramic ball as grinding media in regrinding of rough concentrate before the concentration. It can effectively improve the concentration of fluorite effect that the process has reference for the fluorite.
