自燃煤矸石粗集料混凝土吸水性试验研究

         

摘要

自燃煤矸石粗集料的多孔性使其吸水量比天然碎石大,当自燃煤矸石部分替代传统粗集料时会对混凝土耐久性产生影响.本试验通过对自燃煤矸石替代30%粗集料的煤矸石混凝土试件在持续压荷载作用下的吸水性进行试验研究,分析了不同荷载水平对煤矸石混凝土吸水性的影响,并与普通混凝土进行了对比试验.研究结果表明:荷载水平对混凝土和煤矸石混凝土的吸水性会产生显著的影响,当荷载水平较小时,试件的吸水能力会降低,当荷载水平较高时,试件的吸水能力会显著提高;煤矸石替代30%的粗集料不会对试件的吸水性产生明显影响,反映出煤矸石掺量较低时对混凝土的耐久性影响较小.%The water absorption of spontaneous combustion coal gangue coarse aggregate is greater than natural stone because of its porous properties.In order to study the effect of spontaneous combustion coal gangue coarse aggregate partially replacing traditional coarse aggregates on the durability of concrete,the water absorption of gangue concrete specimens with 30% ordinary coarse aggregates replaced by coal gangue and the traditional aggregate concrete specimens were measured by experiments under sustained compressive load,the effects of the load level and the coal gangue aggregates on the water absorption were compared.The results showed that the load level had significant effects on the water absorption capacity of the specimens,compared to the water absorption capacity of the specimen without load,when the load level was low,the water absorption capacity of the specimen decreased,while when the load level was high,the water absorption capacity of the specimen increased obviously.And the water absorption capacity of the gangue concrete specimens with 30% ordinary coarse aggregates replaced by coal gangue was similar to that of the traditional concrete specimens.The coal gangue aggregates with low content has little effect on the durability of the concrete.
