大埔洋子湖矿山高岭土选矿工艺

摘要

以大埔洋子湖矿山高岭土原矿为研究对象,通过选矿试验,确定了合理的选矿工艺.原矿除砂试验后精矿产率为33.57％,SiO2含量由69.48％降低到51.08％,Al2O3含量由20.27％提高到32.13％.对精矿进行除铁增白,使Fe2O3含量由1.38％降低到0.66％,烧成白度由66.7％提高至86.1％.经过选矿后的高岭土产品达到陶瓷用高岭土TC-2级国家标准.高岭土选矿中产生的尾矿经过进一步选矿,可使其K2O+N2O含量由6.33％提高到7.22％.Fe2O3含量由0.59％降低到0.13％,可作为长石原料应用于陶瓷工业.%This paper takes the kaolin clay which is from Yangzihu mine of Dabu as the research object, and determines the reasonable mineral processing technology by taking beneficiation test. The ore treated by sand removing gets the kaolin concentrate with recovery of 33.57%, the contest of SiO2 reduced from 69.48% to 51.08%, Al2O3 content increased from 20.27% to 32.13%. The kaolin concentrate is treated with processing of raising whiteness by removal of iron, the content of Fe2O3, reduced from 1.38% to 0.66%, firing whiteness increased from 66.7% to 86.1%. After beneficiation, the kaolin concentrate reached TC-2 grade national standard of ceramic kaolin. The kaolin tailing produced from the course of beneficiation with a further processing can be used as feldspar raw material in the ceramic industry, with the content of K2O and Na2O increased from 6.33% to7.22%, the content of Fe2O3 0.59% reduced to 0.13%.
