The main chemical composition of acid leaching residue of Activation product of Chrysotile asbestos tailings was amorphous silica.Due to the role of calcining, silicon oxygen structures had been destroyed and generated more chemical broken bond, increasing its activity. Sodium hydroxide was used to leaching silicon dioxide. The .influence of concentration of NaOH, reaction time, reaction temperature, liquid to solid ratio and particle size on the leaching rate of silicon dioxide was studied. It was compared with alkaline leaching rate of the acid leaching residue of chrysotile asbestos tailings which was not activated. The results showed that the optimal experimental conditions: NaOH concentration was 11%, reaction time was 70min, the reaction temperature was 80℃, liquid to solid ratio was 14, tailing particle size was 120 meshes. Under these conditions, the leaching rate of silica was 76.16%, and it was higher than the chrysotile asbestos tailings which was not activated.%温石棉尾矿燃烧活化产物酸浸渣的主要化学成分为无定形二氧化硅,由于受到煅烧的作用,温石棉尾矿中硅氧架状结构受到破坏,生成更多的化学断键,增大了其活性.采用NaOH浸取其中的二氧化硅,研究NaOH浓度、反应时间、反应温度、液固比及粒度大小对碱浸取率的影响,并与未煅烧的温石棉尾矿酸浸渣碱浸取率进行对比.结果表明,最佳实验条件为:NaOH浓度为11%,反应时间为70 min,反应温度为80℃,液固比为14,尾矿粒度为120目,在此条件下,浸取率为76.16%,该浸取率远远高于未煅烧的石棉尾矿酸浸渣的碱浸取率.
