攀枝花某转炉钢渣的热闷工艺及磁选试验研究

         

摘要

对攀枝花某转炉含钒钛钢渣进行了热闷处理, 并将处理过的钢渣破碎至20 mm以下后进行磁选试验.结果表明:采用合理的松渣操作和喷水制度能够有效将钢渣中游离f-Ca O降低至3%以下, 能够用于工业建筑材料;钢渣磁感应强度在0.14~0.18 T较合适, 钢渣粒级为10.0~20.0 mm, 磁感应强度为0.18 T时, 铁品位为58.9%, 回收率为60.3%.%The converter steel slag with vanadium and titanium from Panzhihua was processed by hot stuff method, crushed into powder of20 mm or less and utilized by magnetic separation. The result showed that the treated steel slag contained less than 3% f-CaO by suitable loose slag operation and water spray system and could be used in building material industry, the magnetic separation strength for slag was suitable for 0.14~0.18 T, iron with a grade of 58.9% and a recovery rate of 60.3% was separated from 10.0~20.0 mm grain size slag powder at 0.18 T.
