试验矿样经反浮选脱硅后, 对其进行XRD分析、化学成分分析, 确定矿石中钙含量仍较高.采用1粗1精正浮选的方法进行脱钙提镁试验, 捕收剂选择油酸钠, 对六偏磷酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠、水玻璃3种抑制剂的抑制效果及用量进行探究.结果表明, 六偏磷酸钠的抑制具有选择性, 当其用量为600 g/t时, 得到CaO品位0.59%, MgO回收率为59.55%的精矿.%The test ore sample was desilicon by reverse flotation, XRD analysis and chemical composition analysis were carried out, which determined that the calcium content in the ore was still high. Decalcification and magnesium extraction test were carried out by means of one coarse and one fine positive flotation, the collector chooses sodium oleate, the inhibition effect and dosage of sodium hexametaphosphate, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and sodium hyaluronate were investigated. According to the test results, the inhibition of sodium hexametaphosphate is selective. When the dosage of sodium hexametaphosphate is 600 g/t, concentrate with CaO grade of 0.59% and MgO recovery of 59.55% are obtained.
