随着钼矿石开采量的逐年增加,钼矿石贫细杂化现象日益严重,我国传统的脂肪烃类捕收剂煤油捕收能力相对不足,造成部分粒度较粗的辉钼矿颗粒以及大量辉钼矿与脉石矿物的连生体不能得到有效的回收;柴油虽然具有较强的捕收能力,但是其在矿浆中的弥散性能较差,温度对其影响较大,在低温的情况下,柴油的选钼效果极其不佳.为此,以增强脂肪烃类捕收剂捕收能力,改善其在矿浆中的弥散性能为目的,将不同碳链长度的饱和脂肪烃复配使用,通过优化脂肪烃类捕收剂中不同碳链长度组分的比例,获得一种基于脂肪烃的复合烃油选钼捕收剂.%With the increasing molybdenum ore mining,the difficult to treat ores,i.e.,lower-grade and fine-disseminated ores have become important.Kerosene was always widely used as the conventional collector of molybdenum flotation,but its weak collecting ability causes a spot of coarser particles molybdenite and a large number of molybdenite and the gangue minerals intergrowth,which cannot get effective recycled.Diesel oil has stronger collecting ability,but its dispersion performance in pulp is poor.The influence of temperature is sensitive.Meanwhile,the molybdenum dressing effect using diesel oil as collector is very poor at low temperature.In this paper,the goal is to improve collecting ability and the disposability of hydrocarbon oil collector,and obtain a kind of composite hydrocarbon oil based on aliphatic hydrocarbon as collector for molybdenite by means of optimizing proportion of different carbon chain length compositions in aliphatic hydrocarbon.
