我国城市老年人就业意愿的影响因素分析--基于2010年中国城乡老年人口状况追踪调查数据

         

摘要

The paper based on the tracking survey on Rural-urban aged population of China in 2010 ,with the more than 60 years of age as the research object,using binary logistic regression to explore whether and how the gender,age,education level,marital status,health status,whether Empty Nester,old-age security,medical security,economic security,giving children support,social participation,emotional loneliness and other factors impact on the city elderly employment desire. The result showed that the young old were more willing to obtain employment;the employment desire was impacted by health,ill health would cut the city elderly employment enthusiasm. Solving the economic pressure and alleviating loneliness were still the main motivation for the city elderly,employment as an important way to realize the city elderly personal value,was unable to be replaced by other social participation.%本文基于2010年中国城乡老年人口状况追踪调查数据,以60岁及以上的城市老年人为研究对象,利用二元logistic回归模型进行分析,探讨性别、年龄、受教育程度、婚姻状况、健康状况、是否空巢老人、养老保障、医疗保障、经济保障、给予子女支持、社会参与、情感孤独等因素对城市老年人就业意愿的影响。研究结果表明,低龄老人更愿意就业,就业意愿受健康状况影响,身体不健康会削减城市老年人就业的热情。解决经济压力和排遣情感孤独仍是城市老年人就业的主要动机,就业作为老年人实现个人价值的重要途径,是社会其他参与无法替代的。
