In this paper,the application and research of environmental water strontium-90 measurements in domestic and foreign are reviewed. The challenges and opportunities of 90Sr radiochemical analysis are pointed out. On a technical perspective,this paper analyzes the problems and future development of 90Sr analysis in China, clarifies the improvement direction of the method, expounds the main factors that influence the stability of extraction chromatography method, analyzes the principle which may influence the stability of extraction chromatography method from the sample pretreatment methods, the chemical recovery and beta counting rate. Then suggestions are given by the laboratory practice.%综述了国内外环境水中90Sr分析方法应用与研究现状,指明了我国90Sr放射性化学分析所面临的挑战与机遇.从技术角度综合分析了我国90Sr分析方法存在的问题与未来发展方向,明确了分析方法的改进思路,阐明了影响二-(2-乙基己基)磷酸萃取色层法稳定性的主要因素,并具体分析了预处理方法、化学回收率、β计数测量等因素对方法稳定性产生影响的原理,提出了改进建议.
