基于电荷泵的空间粒子探测器偏压电源设计

         

摘要

针对某些特殊应用场合,以电荷泵升压电路为基础设计出一种没有变压器的-40 V输出的空间粒子探测器偏压电源。该电源采用振荡电路将12 V直流电压转化为方波电压;采用电荷泵升压电路将方波电压升高为需要的电压值;采用三极管组成输入电压控制电路,根据取自输出电压端的取样电压的大小来反向调整输入电压,以达到最终输出电压的稳定。对应用该方法制成的偏压电源进行测试,测试结果表明其综合性能够满足测量要求。%Based on charge pump as booster circle ,a transformer-less DC-DC converter was designed in order to produce a bias supply of -40 V for detector in space particle radiation monitor in some special situation .The square wave is produced by oscillator circle for 12VDC.The required voltage is produced by charge pump from square wave .The output voltage is stabilized by adjusting the input voltage .Based on the output voltage from the comparator which can reflect the charge of the output voltage of the converter , the transistor can adjust the input voltage .Based on the performance , the converter could be used as power supply for detector in space par -ticle radiation monitor .
