数字信号处理技术在核测量领域的广泛应用,极大地提高了核能谱测量的精确度和灵活性。我们的高速数字多道使用了一个10位80MSPS的模数转换器,转换后的采样信号噪声比较大,利用一级数字FIR滤波处理单元对信号进行处理,可以使高频采样引入的噪声得到有效滤除,提高信噪比。由于成形参数可调,数字核信号的数字成形处理(梯形成形),在强辐射能谱测量中具有良好的脉冲堆积处理能力。结合FIR滤波和数字成形的高速数字多道能谱系统可以实现核信号能谱的精确测量。%The widely use of digital signal processing ( DSP ) , greatly improves the accuracy and flexibility of nuclear measurement.Our High-speed digital multi-channel analyzer uses a 10 -bit 80MSPS ADC, the noise level of signal after sampling is high, so we use a FIR filter to decrease the high frequency noise caused by high-speed sampling.For shaping parameters can be freely configured, digital shaping of nuclear signal owns great performance of processing pile-up pulses.The high-speed digital multi-channel analyzer combi-ning FIR filter and digital shaping can accurately measure nuclear energy spectrum.
