For the harsh environment faced by the aircraft,a combination of hardware and software embedded fault injection experimental system solution is proposed.The fault status of the aircraft master device in the harsh environment is classified and fault injection type is clarified.The aircraft master device embedded fault receiving module and the ground fault injection system are described and the implementation process is introduced in detail.Finally,a fault injection experimental on a host device was processed by using this system.The results showed that the combination of hardware and software embedded fault injection experimental system was flexible and convenient and the test operation was simple.The experimental system does not produce physical damage to the aircraft and it is easy to delete for recovery.%针对飞行器面临的恶劣环境,提出了软硬件结合的嵌入式故障注入试验系统方案,对恶劣环境下飞行器主控设备的故障状态进行分类,明确故障注入类型,并详细介绍了飞行器主控设备嵌入式故障接收模块和地面故障注入系统的工作原理和实现过程,最后利用该试验系统对某主控设备进行了故障注入试验,试验结果表明该软硬件结合的嵌入式故障注入试验系统灵活方便,操作简单,对飞行器不产生物理损害,易于删减复原.
