For the Design requirements of diagnostic X - ray measurement, there apply voltage - frequency con- vector to the diagnostic X - ray measurement system combined with the characteristics of STM32 MCU. There analyzes working principle of voltage - frequency convector, gives the circuit design of the voltage - frequency converter and the hardware structure of diagnostic X - ray measurement, and describes the control program flow of the measurement system in detailed.
