荧光玻璃、热释光和光释光探测器性能比较

     

摘要

It is to review that the principle of radiophotoluminescence glass detectors( RPLCD) , thermolumines-cence detectors (TLD)and Optically Stimulated luminescence (OSL) detectors ,and compare their advantages and disadvantages and some recent developments in luminescence of detectors. The major advantage of RPLCD is long - term stability and capability of repeating readout. The major advantage of TLD and OSL detectors are high sensitivity, low detection threshold, good fading effect, good energy response after γ - ray irradiation (for materials with Zeff close to that of tissue) , resistance to high humidity and to high magnetic fields. Compare with IiF:Mg,Cu,P,however,the OSL of is very high sensitivity to visible light and relative high effective atomic number(10.2).%介绍了荧光玻璃探测器、热释光探测器和光释光探测器基本原理和近期发展,并总结了荧光玻璃、热释光探测器、光释光探测器的优缺点.荧光玻璃最大优点是长期稳定性好和可多次读取.热释光和光释光探测器具有灵敏度高、低探测阈、较好的稳定性和能量响应、环境适应性强等优点.但与LiF:Mg,Cu,P相比,α- Al2O3:C光释光探测器对可见光敏感和具有较高的有效原子序数(10.2).
