Objective:To discuss the influence on the graded nursing quality, patients' satisfaction and incidence rate of nursing adverse events after establishing the departmental refined and grading nursing standard for graded nursing with the daily life function rating scale and combined with the characteristic of medical oncology diseases.Methods:Selected 226 patients in medical oncology department from July to December 2015 (the nursing grade was determined by the physician according to the disease grade) as the conventional nursing group, and the responsible nurses implemented graded nursing service according to the medical advice;selected 238 patients in the medical oncology department from January to June 2016 (the nursing grade was determined by the physician according to the departmental refined and graded nursing standard) as the refined nursing group.After 7 d of hospitalization, graded nursing quality assessment criteria and investigation form of patients' satisfaction to graded nursing service were used for effect evaluation, and patients in the two groups were compared in incidence rate of adverse events.Results:The quality assessment score of graded nursing, score of patients' satisfaction to graded nursing service of patients in the graded nursing group were higher than those of patients in the conventional nursing group (P<0.05), and the incidence rate of adverse events of patients in the observation group was lower than that of patients in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The scientific evaluation of patients' grade of self-care ability with the daily life functional evaluation scale was the key to implement the industrial standard for nursing grading, improve the quality of graded nursing and patients' satisfaction.The refining of departmental graded nursing criteria according to the disease grade and self-care ability grade through physician-nurse cooperation reflected the characteristics of specialty, the improved nursing grading method more conformed to the patients' nursing demands and could improve the patients' nursing safety.%目的:探讨应用日常生活功能评估量表结合肿瘤内科疾病特点制定科室细化分级护理标准实施分级护理后对分级护理质量、患者满意度和护理不良事件发生率的影响.方法:选择2015年7~12月肿瘤内科226例患者(医师根据病情等级确定护理等级)为常规护理组,责任护士根据医嘱实施分级护理服务;选取2016年1~6月肿瘤内科238例患者(医师根据科室细化分级护理标准确定护理等级)为细化护理组.住院7 d后应用分级护理质量考核标准、患者对分级护理服务满意度调查表进行效果评价,比较两组患者护理不良事件发生率.结果:细化护理组分级护理质量考核分值、患者对分级护理服务的满意度评分均高于常规护理组(P<0.05),不良事件发生率低于常规护理组(P<0.05).结论:应用日常生活功能评估量表科学的评定患者自理能力等级,是落实护理分级行业标准、提高分级护理质量和患者满意度的关键.医护合作依据病情等级和自理能力等级细化科室分级护理标准,体现专科特点,改进后的护理分级方法更加符合患者护理需求,有利于患者的护理安全.
