Objective:To explore the effect of fine nursing management in operating room on postoperative recovery of patients underwent laparoscopic surgery.Methods:A total of 104 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery from May 2015 to August 2016 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group received routine nursing, while the experimental group received fine nursing management in operating room on the basis of routine nursing.The recovery effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The first anal evacuation time and hospitalization time of the experimental group were shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).The satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The fine nursing management of the operating room has a high clinical value in the postoperative recovery of patients underwent laparoscopic surgery.It can accelerate the postoperative recovery and improve the nursing satisfaction.It is worthy to be popularized.%目的:探讨手术室精细化护理管理对腹腔镜手术患者术后恢复的影响.方法:选择2015年5月~2016年8月于我院行腹腔镜手术治疗的104例患者作为研究对象,随机等分为对照组和研究组,对照组实施手术室常规护理,研究组在此基础上加强手术室精细化护理管理,比较两组患者术后恢复效果.结果:研究组患者术后首次肛门排气时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05).研究组患者术后各项生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05).研究组患者护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:手术室精细化护理管理对腹腔镜手术患者术后恢复影响具有较高临床价值,可明显加快患者术后恢复,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广.
