目的:探讨穴位贴敷对妇产科术后胃肠功能紊乱的临床效果.方法:选取2015年4月~2016年4月于本院收治的妇产科术后胃肠功能紊乱患者80例作为研究对象,将其随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用穴位贴敷治疗,观察两组患者首次肛门排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间及首次排便时间,并比较两组患者术后腹痛、腹胀情况及术后各时间段恶心呕吐情况.结果:观察组患者肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气及排便时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05).观察组术后0~6 h、7~24 h时恶心程度视觉模拟评分(NVAS)量表评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者术后25~48 h、49~72 h NVAS评分比较无统计学意义(P>0.05).观察组术后腹胀、腹痛发生程度轻于对照组(P<0.05).结论:采用穴位贴敷可有效降低妇产科术后患者腹胀、腹痛及恶心呕吐等并发症发生率,缩短排气、排便及肠鸣音恢复时间,临床疗效显著.%Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupoint application on postoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction in department of gynecology and obstetrics.Methods:A total of 80 patients admitted in our department of gynecology and obstetrics from April 2015 to April 2016 were selected as research subjects and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with routine therapy.The observation group was treated with acupoint application on the basis of the routine therapy.The anal exhaust time, bowel sounds recovery time and the first defecation time of the two groups were compared.In addition, the abdominal pain, abdominal distension and postoperative nausea and vomiting of the two groups were compared.Results:The recovery time of bowel sounds, the time of first exhaust and defecation were significantly shorter in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05).The score of nausea degree visual analogue scale (NVAS) was significantly lower in the observation group than that in the control group at 0 to 6 hours and 7 to 24 hours after operation (P<0.05).The comparison of NVAS scores of the two groups 25 to 48 hours and 49 to 72 hours after operation was not statistically significant (P>0.05).The degree of abdominal distension and abdominal pain in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint application can effectively reduce the incidence of complications such as abdominal distension, abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting, and shorten the recovery time of exhaust, defecation and bowel sounds.The clinical curative effect is remarkable.
