Objective:To discuss the application effect of strengthened preoperative visit nursing model of special surgical position evaluation in operation room.Methods:Our hospital implemented strengthened preoperative visit nursing model of special surgical position evaluation from October to December 2016, and 150 patients receiving surgical treatment in our hospital before application of this model (July to September 2016) were set as the control group and 150 patients after the application of this model (October to December 2016) were set as the test group, and patients in the two groups were compared in mastering of special surgical position knowledge and occurring of position complications after intervention.Results:After intervention, the mastering degree of special surgical position of patients in the test group was significantly higher than that of patients in the control group (P<0.05), and the incidence rate of position complications of patients in the test group was significantly lower than that of patients in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The successful application of strengthened preoperative visit model of special surgical position evaluation in operation room nursing was quite effective to improve position related knowledge of patients with special surgical position and could significantly reduce the incidence rate of position complications.%目的:探讨特殊手术体位评估的强化术前访视护理模式在手术室中的应用效果.方法:我院于2016年10~12月实施特殊手术体位评估的强化术前访视模式,将该模式应用前(2016年7~9月)我院接受手术治疗的患者150例设为对照组,将该模式应用后(2016年10~12月)的患者150例设为试验组,比较两组患者干预后特殊手术体位知识掌握情况和体位并发症发生情况.结果:试验组患者干预后特殊手术体位知识掌握度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),体位并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:特殊手术体位评估的强化术前访视模式在手术室护理中的成功应用,对于提高特殊手术体位患者体位相关知识水平十分有效,能显著降低体位并发症发生率.
