模拟式研究法在《护理研究》教学中的应用效果

         

摘要

Objective: To explore the application effect of simulation study method in the teaching of Nursing Research, so as to further provide theoretical and practical basis for the educational reform of course Nursing Research of college nursing education.Methods: Self-correlative study method was taken, clustering sampling was adopted, 235 undergraduate sophomore students from a traditional Chinese medicine college of Hunan province were selected as ob-jects of study, simulation study method was applied in the teaching of Nursing Research, and with research ability self-assessment scale and creative self-efficacy scale as research tools, field questionnaire survey was conducted before and after the intervention, and the effect of intervention was evaluated. Results: After application of simulation study method in the teaching of Nursing Research, these 235 nursing students all had higher scores of various re-search abilities and total scores than those before the intervention(P<0.05).After application of simulation study method in the teaching of Nursing Re-search, these 235 nursing students all had higher scores of various creative efficacies and total scores than those before the intervention (P<0.05).Conclu-sion: Through the application of simulation study method in the teaching of Nursing Research, it could significantly improve the research abilities and crea-tive efficacies of college nursing students.%目的:探讨模拟式研究法在《护理研究》中的应用效果,为进一步对护理本科《护理研究》课程的教育教学改革提供理论和实践依据.方法:采取自身前后对照法,运用整群抽样,选择235名湖南省某中医院校护理本科大二年级学生为研究对象,将模拟式研究法应用于《护理研究》教学过程中,以科研能力自评量表与创新效能感量表为研究工具,进行干预前后的现场问卷调查,评价干预的效果.结果:模拟式研究法应用于《护理研究》后235名护理本科生各项科研能力评分及总分均高于干预前水平(P<0.05).模拟式研究法应用于《护理研究》后235名护理本科生各项创新效能评分及总分均高于干预前水平(P<0.05).结论:模拟式研究法在《护理研究》课程中的应用,可以显著提高护理本科生的科研能力和创新效能.
